Lifeguard Certification Course – May 16–18, 2025
The St. Albans Fire Department is partnering with the St. Albans Parks and Recreation Department and L.G. Lifeguarding to offer an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Course. This hybrid-format class includes online pre-coursework followed by in-person sessions at SAFD Central Station and the St. Albans City Park Pool.

SAFD Central Station (51 6th Avenue, St. Albans)
St. Albans City Park Pool
Schedule:
Friday, May 16: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM at SAFD
Saturday, May 17: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at City Pool
Sunday, May 18: 8:00 AM at SAFD (transitions to pool in the afternoon)
Cost: $200 per person
Eligibility: Ages 15 and up
